| 摘 要： | 在胃癌的生长及转移过程中,新生血管形成是其重要的基础,而血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）作为促血管生成的因子,越来越受到关注。目前对于胃癌与VEGF的研究已成为热点,已有不少研究发现VEGF与胃癌的演进和转移密切相关,但这些研究中也有很多不一致之处,故本文就VEGF与胃癌的关系作一综述。
