| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Barrett食管的病理特征及电子胃镜特点。方法：对269例行电子胃镜检查并经病理检查证实的Barrett患者资料进行回顾性分析、总结。结果：Barrett患者以40~60岁居多,占66.2%（178/269）,临床症状有不同程度重叠,主要表现为胃食管反流病（GERD）的症状,电子胃镜下表现为岛型176例,占65.4%;舌型66例,占24.5%;全周型27例,占10.4%。病理结果为肠化型上皮116例,占43.1%;胃底型上皮96例,占35.7%;贲门型上皮57例,占21.2%。结论：Barrett患者多见于中年人,临床上主要表现为GERD的症状,电子胃镜下以岛型多见,病理类型以肠化生最为常见。
