阴道残端腹直肌前鞘悬吊术11例分析

目的:探讨盆腔器官脱垂子宫全切术后阴道残端腹直肌前鞘悬吊术的临床效果。方法:两根10号丝线分别于阴道残端左右两侧中外1/2处缝合或"8"字缝合阴道残端各一针,尽可能地不穿透阴道黏膜,自膀胱两侧经腹膜、腹直肌及前鞘出针,每端两根线距离约1 cm,拉近打结。结果:阴道前后壁及阴道残端上提,腹压增大后原阴道壁及阴道残端脱垂部分消失。术后观察6个月～10年无复发。结论:阴道残端腹直肌前鞘悬吊术应用于子宫及阴道脱垂,尤其是重度脱垂,效果好,操作简单,不易复发,且并发症少。

Analysis of vaginal stump rectus abdominis protheca suspension in 11 patients
