| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声胃镜在胃癌术前分期检查中的应用价值。方法：对78例胃癌患者行术前超声胃镜检查及TNM分期,与术后病理检查结果比较并计算准确率。结果：超声内镜对胃癌浸润深度检测与术后病理检查相符70例,准确率为89.7%,对胃癌淋巴结转移检测与术后病理检查相符59例,准确率为75.6%。结论：超声胃镜对胃癌的TNM分期有较大的临床应用价值。
