| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨院前急救护理在急性脑出血患者的应用及对预后的影响。方法：选择120例急性脑出血患者进行研究，其中实施院前急救护理程序的68例患者为观察组，未进行院前急救护理的52例为对照组。比较两组患者接受正规治疗时间、住院期间病死率的差异。并于治疗前及治疗后3个月采用改良Barthel指数评估患者日常生活能力（ADL），采用FMA运动功能评定肢体运动功能。结果：观察组患者接受正规治疗时间为（46．28±10．35）rain，短于对照组[（71．92±19．27）min]，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组与对照组住院期间病死率分别为10．3％和19．2％，观察组低于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗后3个月观察组改良Barthel指数评分及FMA评分优于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论：对急性脑出血患者进行院前急救护理程序，有助于减少住院期间死亡率，改善患者预后。
