| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不育症患者血清性激素水平与不育症的关系。方法：应用贝克曼DX1600全自动化学发光分析仪检测200例男性不育症患者血清性激素水平。结果：不育组患者的血清FSH和LH水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；血清TT水平低于对照组（P〈O．05）。无精或少精、精子活动力和活动不正常的不育症患者血清FSH和LH水平均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），血清TT水平低于对照组（P〈O．05）；液化时间不正常的不育症患者血清FSH、LH和TT水平与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：对不育症患者血清性激素水平的检测意义重大，可以指导临床治疗。
