| 摘 要： | 目的：了解深圳市福田区2010年入学、入托儿童预防接种情况,为完善预防接种证查验制度和监督体系提供依据。方法：按照深圳市福田区卫生局和教育局发布的《关于进一步加强福田区儿童入园、入学查验预防接种证工作的通知》,对福田区所辖211所幼儿园和小学28 192名入学、入托儿童预防接种证及接种登记情况进行查验。结果：接种证查验覆盖率为100%,应查验儿童28 192名,实查验儿童27 625名,查验率为97.99%,持证率为99.16%,全程接种率为76.32%,补种人数5 975名,占应补总数的91.35%,入托儿童的全程接种率和补种率高于入学儿童,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.632、20.392,P=0.01、0）。卡介苗、乙型肝炎疫苗和麻疹疫苗平均接种率达到98%以上,百白破、脊髓灰质炎和乙脑疫苗平均接种率相对较低。结论：福田区2010年儿童入学、入托查验预防接种证工作取得了明显成绩,教育、卫生部门需协调配合,加大宣传,提高一类疫苗全程接种率和查验后补种率。
