心理疏导联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效研究

目的:研究心理疏导联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床应用价值及疗效。方法:选择2009年10月～2011年4月我院确诊的乳腺增生患者98例,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各49例。两组患者均给予乳癖散结胶囊饭后口服,4粒/次,3次/d,1个疗程为45 d。在此基础上,治疗组结合心理疏导进行治疗。研究分析两组患者治疗前后临床症状、临床体征及B超检查结果。结果:治疗后,两组肿块最大直径均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05、P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组的肿块最大直径改善与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(t=8.693,P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组总有效率(87.76%)显著高于对照组(67.35%),差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=7.61,P<0.01)。结论:心理疏导联合乳癖散结胶囊可显著改善乳腺增生患者的临床症状及体征,心理疏导是该病治疗中不可或缺的重要辅助治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。
