| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨舒心口服液对室性心律失常患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响及对室性心律失常的治疗作用。方法:选取我院室性心律失常患者130例,随机分为两组,治疗组为舒心口服液组,对照组为盐酸普罗帕酮(心律平)组,每组65例。均在治疗前、治疗8周时对两组患者的HRV改变及室性心律失常情况进行比较。结果:治疗组使用舒心口服液治疗8周时,多项HRV指标异常程度减轻、HRV昼夜节律恢复,与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:舒心口服液可使室性心律失常患者HRV异常减轻,从而减少室性心律失常事件的发生。
