| 摘 要： | 目的：探索安全、有效、易行的胃管固定方法,减少胃管脱出和吻合口瘘并发症的发生。方法：将我科2009年1月～2011年1月202例食管癌患者随机分为试验组与对照组,分别采用改良胃管固定法和传统胶布固定方法。结果：试验组胃管脱出发生率（5.94%）低于对照组（17.82%）（P〈0.01）,胃管重置试验组（2.97%）低于对照组（14.85%）（P〈0.001）,试验组皮肤及黏膜损伤发生率（4.95%）低于对照组（14.85%）（P〈0.05）和吻合口瘘发生率（1.98%）低于对照组（8.91%）（P〈0.05）。两组胃管固定术后舒适度评分,术后1、4和7 d试验组均优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：改良胃管固定方法较传统胶布固定牢靠、舒适,降低了胃管脱出率和吻合口瘘等并发症的发生。
