| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定复方鱼腥草软胶囊中（R,S）-告依春的含量。方法：采用Hypersil ODS C18柱（4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液（7∶93）,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温35℃,检测波长245 nm。结果：（R,S）-告依春线性范围为1.026～10.260μg/ml;平均回收率为96.2%,RSD为1.13%。结论：本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为复方鱼腥草软胶囊的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of（R,S）-Goitrin in Compound Houttuyniae Soft Capsule.Methods： Hypersil ODS C18 column（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm） was used,methanol-0.02% phosphate（7∶93） was used as mobile phases,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength was 245 nm.Results： The linear range of（R,S）-Goitrin was 1.026-10.260 μg/ml and the average recovery was 96.2%,RSD= 1.13%.Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate,it can be used for the determination of（R,S）-Goitrin in Compound Houttuyniae Soft Capsule. |
