| 摘 要： | 目的：观察眼针与针药结合法治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法：将57例带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组（21例）和治疗组（36例）。对照组采用针药结合治疗，治疗组在针药结合治疗的基础上予以眼针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组36例患者中，治愈34例，占94．44％；有效2裥，占5．56％，总有效率为100．0％。对照组21例中，治愈10例，占47．62％；有效8例，占38．10％；无效3例，占14．29％；总有效率为85．71％。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：眼针与针药结合治疗带状疱疹疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
