| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察晚期肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群特点,探讨其免疫功能状况及临床意义。方法：应用流式细胞仪检测56例晚期肿瘤患者（肿瘤组）及42例健康体检者（健康组）外周血淋巴细胞亚群计数,并对其作比较。结果：肿瘤组较健康组T细胞亚群CD8＋比值上升,CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋比值下降,差值有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,CD3＋比值升高,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,B细胞亚群下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,NK比值下降,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：晚期肿瘤患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能均低于健康人,其中体液免疫下降较明显,对临床应用提高免疫力药物也具有指导意义。
