沙丁胺醇气雾剂和异丙托溴铵气雾剂联用治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床研究

目的：观察沙丁胺醇气雾剂和异丙托溴铵气雾剂联用治疗慢性阻塞性肺病患者的临床疗效。方法：将120例患有慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂和异丙托溴铵气雾剂;对照组在常规治疗的基础上单独使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂。7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,观察两组患者的各项肺功能指标及临床症状的改善情况。结果：治疗组的各项肺功能指标均优于对照组（t=3.18、3.43、2.76、4.15、3.92,P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为88.3%,治疗组优于对照组（χ2=3.82,P〈0.05）。结论：沙丁胺醇气雾剂和异丙托溴铵气雾剂联用治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的治疗效果优于单独使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗。
