| 摘 要： | 目的：利用超声心动图研究分析小儿卵圆孔未闭（PFO）的流行病学特征。方法：收集并分析自2006年1月～2010年6月，在我科接受超声心电图检查的2254例小儿的临床资料。结果：共有480小儿检出PFO（21.3％），其中新生儿检出率最高；随着年龄的增长，PFO检出率逐步下降。在PFO患儿中合并其它先天性心脏病的百分比比非PFO患儿明显增高（53．5％与13．1％）。此外，早产、家族遗传及父母吸烟暴露也是PFO的患病危险因素。结论：超声心电图可以有效检测小儿卵圆孔未闭患病情况。新生儿的卵圆孔未闭检出率最高，并且先天性心脏病、早产等因素是卵圆孔未闭的患病危险因素。
