| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰腺癌病灶CT增强与瘤体实质微血管密度（MVD）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达的相关性。方法：选择经手术切除的胰腺癌患者38例,术前均行CT增强扫描;分析胰腺癌病灶CT增强情况与瘤体实质MVD、VEGF表达的相关性。结果：胰腺癌CT胰实质期瘤体强化程度、形式与其恶性度高低呈显著负相关（r=-0.695,P〈0.001）,与瘤体实质细胞处MVD计数显著负相关（r=-0.768,P〈0.001）;胰腺癌的病理分级与瘤体实质细胞处MVD计数呈正相关（r=0.395,P〈0.05）,而与VEGF表达无关（r=-0.290,P〉0.05）。结论：胰腺癌病灶CT增强程度可有效反映瘤体实质MVD、VEGF的表达情况,能反映瘤体实质微血管形成情况。
