| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨反复自然流产患者支原体感染趋势及耐药情况。方法：收取2008年8月～2011年8月我院妇产科门诊反复自然流产患者604例（观察组）和同期604例要求人工流产的健康孕妇（对照组）,对其进行宫颈分泌物支原体培养和药敏试验。结果：观察组解脲支原体（Uu）、人型支原体（Mh）和Uu＋Mh混合感染的总感染率为56.95%（344/604）,对照组总感染率为7.28%（44/604）,观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。喹诺酮类药物、大环内酯类药物耐药率较高,强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素耐药较低。结论：反复自然流产患者支原体感染率较高,药物治疗应以试验为依据合理用药。
