| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨膝关节周围骨折术后早期康复训练的临床疗效。方法：收集本院80例膝关节周围骨折术后患者的临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组给予传统的康复方法,观察组给予早期康复训练,比较两组患者的疗效、膝关节活动范围（ROM）和Lysholm评分。结果：对照组优20例,良10例,优良率为75.0%;观察组优32例,良7例,优良率为97.5%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的膝关节ROM和Lysholm评分明显好于对照组,两组间比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：膝关节周围骨折术后进行早期康复训练能提高手术疗效,有利于患者膝关节功能的恢复,值得推广应用。
