| 摘 要： | 目的：总结医源性胆道损伤的外科处理方法。方法：回顾性分析2000年5月-2009年5月我院30例医源性胆道损伤患者的情况及相关处理方法。结果：全部患者通过修补后T管引流、胆管端端吻合并T管引流及胆肠Roux—en—Y吻合治疗，均取得了较好的疗效，吻合口狭窄发生率低。结论：正确、合理的外科手术及内镜下球囊扩张并置入支架是治疗医源性胆道损伤的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the surgical treatment method of iatrogenic bile duct injury.Methods:30 cases of iatrogenic bile duct injury and related treatment were analyzed from May 2000 to May 2009 retrospectively.Results:By the treatment of T tube drainage after neoplasty,bile duct end to end anastomosis and T tube drainage,Roux-en-Y anastomosis method,good effects were acquired in all cases,and the incidence of anastomotic stenosis was low.Conclusion:Correct and reasonable surgical and endoscopic balloon expa... |
