| 摘 要： | 目的：观察膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠联合经皮神经电刺激（transcutaneouselectricalnervestimulation，TENS）疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选择80例膝骨关节炎患者，将其随机分为两组：研究组（关节腔注射玻璃酸钠联合TENS，n=40）和对照组（关节腔注射玻璃酸钠配合复方倍他米松痛点注射，n=40），记录治疗前及治疗后1、2、4周、3个月的VAS值、疗效评定及有无副作用。结果：治疗后两组患者治疗后VAS评分与治疗前相比均有明显降低，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。全部患者未见明显的不良反应和副作用。结论：膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠联合TENS治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效。
