| 摘 要： | 目的：了解精神分裂症住院患者亲属的心理健康状况并分析相关因素,为制订干预措施提供参考依据。方法：采用自制人口学资料问卷和症状自评量表（symptom check list-90,SCL-90）对200名精神分裂症住院患者亲属的心理健康状况进行调查,并与全国常模进行比较评估。结果：照料精神分裂症患者的亲属呈老龄化状态,27%的亲属存在不同程度的心理问题,SCL-90中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分与社会常模比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中,男性患者的亲属较女性患者的亲属心理健康状况更差,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：精神分裂症患者亲属的心理健康现状堪忧,应引起社会的重视,设法改善其心理健康状况。
