| 摘 要： | 目的：分析我院静脉配置中心的疑问用药医嘱，确保患者用药安全。方法：对广州医学院第三附属医院静脉药物配置中心记录的912份疑问用药医嘱进行统计分析。结果：疑问医嘱共912份，其中，经医师更正的医嘱908份，占疑问医嘱99．50％。疑问医嘱中药物剂量与浓度不当所占比例最高（37．82％），其次为不合理配伍（32．01％）结论：及时纠正临床静脉用药中存在的问题，以避免或减少了药品不良反应甚至用药事故的发生。
