| 摘 要： | 目的：通过两种方法对尿液中白细胞进行检测，以提高尿液检测的准确度，并找出导致测定误差的因素，以便为更好的临床诊断提供可靠的依据。方法：采用韩国生产的URISCANS-300尿自动化分析仪和显微镜分别对800例尿液进行检测，并对检测结果进行分析。结果：尿自动化分析仪与镜检所检测的白细胞结果符合率，（-）为60．1％（194／323）；（±）为58．2％（98／168）；（＋）为51．3％（68／133）；（＋＋）为47．6％（47／98）；（＋＋＋）为40．3％（31／78）。结论：两种方法相结合是提高检测结果准确性的重要保证，应引起广大检验工作者的高度重视。
