| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP2），组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2（TIMP2）在甲状腺乳头状癌（1YrE）中的表达。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测86例门C原发灶及其中40例颈部淋巴结转移性癌灶中MMP2、TIMP2的表达。结果：伴有颈部淋巴结转移的盯C原发灶中MMP2的表达强度高于无淋巴结转移者，而前者TIMP2的表达强度低于后者，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；PTC原发灶中MMP2的表达强度高于转移灶，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而TIMP2在原发灶与转移灶中表达强度的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两者在PTC原发灶和转移灶中表达强度的自身对比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：PTC癌组织中的MMP2／TIMP2表达比例失衡，MMP2起着主导作用，这可能是导致PTC淋巴结转移的因素之一，高MMP2／TIMP2比例蛋白组成的PTC癌细胞亚克隆在转移过程中发挥着重要的作用。 |
