| 摘 要： | 目的：评价我院开展临床路径管理模式试点工作成效，探讨进一步完善临床路径的方法。方法：将实施临床路径管理的7个病种共595例病例作为路径组，将2009年入院采用传统方法治疗的7个病种共1284例病例作为对照组，对两组进行比较。结果：实施临床路径管理后，临床路径组的平均住院日、术前住院日缩短，患者满意度提高，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。平均住院费用有下降趋势。结论：临床路径管理能为患者提供良好服务。缩短住院日，降低医疗费用，提高患者满意度。
