痰热清、干扰素交替雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性肺炎的临床疗效

目的：探讨痰热清、干扰素交替雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例病毒性肺炎患儿随机分为两组,在常规对症治疗的基础上,治疗组（50例）给予痰热清2.5～5.0 ml/次＋生理盐水5～10 ml/次,1～2次/d;并联合干扰素50 000 U/（kg.d）＋生理盐水1～2 ml/次,每次10 min,1次/d,两者交替雾化,雾化吸入采用氧驱动化吸入,雾化后予以拍背,促进排痰,5～7 d为1个疗程。对照组（50例）使用利巴韦林10～15 mg/（kg.d）加入5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,2次/d。观察两组治疗后发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音消退时间。结果：两组患儿治疗1周后,治疗组显效36例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为96%;对照组显效24例,有效18例,无效8例,总有效率为84%。两组总有效率比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且治疗组咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音等症状消退时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：痰热清、干扰素交替雾化治疗儿童病毒性肺炎在改善症状,缩短病程和提高治疗效果方面明显优于对照组,且用药安全,未发现明显的副作用,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical curative effect on Tanreqing, Interferon alternate aerosolized in the treatment of children with viral pneumonia

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on Tanreqing,Interferon alternate aerosolized in the treatment of children with viral pneumonia.Methods： 100 cases of children with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.On basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the treatment group（50 cases） was treated with Tanreqing 2.5-5.0 ml/time＋NS 5-10 ml/time,1-2 times/d;and the Interferon 50 000 U/（kg·d）＋NS 1-2 ml/time,10 min/time,1 time/d.Both groups were taken alternate atomization by using oxygen atomization inhalation and took backslap after atomization inhalation to promote the row of phlegm,5-7 d for a period of treatment.The control group（50 cases） was given Ribavirin 10-15 mg/（kg·d） to join 5% Glucose Injection,intravenous drip,2 times/d.The subsidise time of fever,cough,rales of the two groups after treating were observed.Results： One week after treatment,in the treatment group,36 cases were markedly improved,12 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 96%;in the control group,24 cases were markedly improved,18 cases were effective,8 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 84%.There were significant differences of the total effectiveness between treatment group and control group（P0.01）,and the cough,fever,and pulmonary symptoms subsided time of treatment group were more shorter than those of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Tanreqing,interferon alternate aerosolized in the treatment of children with viral pneumonia can improve symptoms,shorten course and improve the treatment effect.It is safe and has no significant side effects,it is worthy to be used in clinical.
