| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高尿酸血症（HUA）在公务员中的分布特点及相关疾病的检出率，为心脑血管疾病和代谢性疾病的一级预防提供科学依据。方法：对2008年1月～2010年12月湛江市7943例公务员HUA及相关性疾病（超体重、高血压、脂肪肝、血糖、血脂异常等）资料进行回顾性分析。结果：湛江市公务员HUA检出率为22．01％（1748／7943），男性公务员HUA检出率（29．24％，1654／5657）显著高于女性公务员（4．11％，94／2286），差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．001）。且男性HUA主要分布在30～49岁年龄组。HUA患者组的超体重、高血压、脂肪肝、血糖、血脂异常检出率（45．65％、24．54％、70．42％、12．87％、50．69％）明显高于尿酸正常组（24．44％、15．37％、42．11％、9．35％和31．25％），差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论：公务员HUA检出率较高，HUA与年龄、性别等因素有关，HUA人群心脑血管疾病和代谢性疾病的检出率性高于正常人群。
