| 摘 要： | 目的：从病理细胞学的角度探讨中药联合抗病毒药物对慢性乙肝肝纤维化的治疗效果。方法：将50例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化（S3）患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各25例。治疗组口服复方降纤汤联合阿德福韦酯6个月,对照组单用阿德福韦酯治疗6个月,治疗前后观察生化指标及肝组织切片的差异。结果：治疗组肝纤维化逆转率达88%,明显优于对照组（64%）。结论：复方降纤汤联合抗病毒药物治疗肝炎肝纤维化疗效满意,值得推广应用。
