| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对晚期非小细胞肺癌放化疗患者不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析2008年10月～2010年12月来我院接受治疗的78例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床资料,按照护理方法的不同,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各39例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组给予整体护理干预,两周期治疗结束后对其近期疗效、不良反应、护理效果进行评价。结果：实验组和对照组患者的病情均好转,且实验组患者的好转情况较对照组明显,有效率[87.18%（34例）]较对照组[64.10%（25例）]高,血小板降低、静脉炎和肝功能损害等不良反应发生率[7.69%（3例）]较对照组[23.07%（9例）]低,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。实验组护理干预前后,SAS、SDS、QLQ-C30量表分值比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论：恩度联合第三代含铂化疗方案能有效治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,较单纯的化疗方案治疗效果好,且不良反应发生率低,加强临床护理质量可以减轻患者因放化疗引起的毒性反应,提高治疗效果。
