| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改良B—Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗剖宫产术中难治性出血的临床效果。方法：选择2006年3月-2011年3月剖宫产术中难治性出血产妇60例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用传统综合治疗措施，观察组采用改良B—Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗，观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、治疗效果和产褥发生率。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、产褥感染发生率分别是（69．87±12．73）min、（821．62±234．58）ml、13．33％。明显少于对照组的（82．46±14．54）min、（1057．84±314．56）ml、26．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组有效率为100．00％，明显高于对照组的93．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：改良B—Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛是治疗剖宫产术中难治性出血的有效方法。
