帕金森病认知功能障碍的调查研究

目的：应用蒙特利尔认知评估（MoCA）量表探讨帕金森患者认知功能障碍。方法：选择2006年12月～2007年12月我院散发性帕金森病患者101例,将帕金森病痴呆患者作为病例组（n=53）,将帕金森病非痴呆患者作为对照组（n=48）。采用问卷调查方法,问卷内容包括患者的基线信息;采用UPDRS评分及H-Y分级评价帕金森病的程度。采用MMSE、MoCA及画钟试验进行认知功能评估并对结果进行统计分析。结果：病例组认知功能的视空间、注意力、延迟记忆及计算力得分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：MoCA量表有利于发现帕金森患者的认知功能障碍。
