| 摘 要： | 为了解硝酸银在临床中的应用及安全性,本文通过查询国内相关数据库,阅读相关文献,进行总结分析。结果发现硝酸银在耳鼻喉科、皮肤科、口腔科、眼科、内科、外科、妇科等科室相关疾病中均有应用,不良反应较少。硝酸银价廉易得,其溶液的配制简单,鉴于其对组织的腐蚀无选择性,且与其使用的浓度、作用时间密切相关,在临床中仍需谨慎使用。
