外来手术器械在消毒供应中心管理中的问题和对策

目的：介绍消毒供应中心承接外来手术器械管理中存在的问题和管理对策。方法：将外来手术器械分为长期定点存放和临时外送两部分，并将这两部分器械全面纳入消毒供应中心标准化管理流程，规范了接收、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、存放、发放、质量检测标准，构建了质量监控管理、质量追溯登记制度。结果：提升了洁净手术室空气的洁净度，提高了外来手术器械清洗、包装、灭菌质量，确保外来器械的安全使用，有效控制医院感染的发生。结论：消毒供应中心承接外来手术器械管理，可充分利用中心供应室现代化清洗、消毒、灭菌资源，使护理工作更加专业化、标准化。
