红霉素甲硝唑联合超声雾化治疗咽喉炎疗效观察

目的 探讨红霉素甲硝唑联合超声雾化吸入局部治疗咽喉炎的效果。方法 将357例咽喉炎患分为两组，观察组197例，采用红霉素、甲硝唑联合雾化吸入，对照组160例，采用氢化可的松、庆大霉素联合雾化吸入，进行疗效比较。结果 根据自定的疗效评定标准，观察组显效149例（75．6％），有效48例（24．4％），对照组显效57例（35．6％），有效90例（56．3％），无效13例（8．1％）。治疗组显效率明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论 红霉素甲硝唑联合超声雾化吸入治疗咽喉炎疗效满意，值得推广应用。

Ultrasonic spray inhalation with Erythromycin-Metronidazole solution to treat laryngopharyngitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic spray inhalation with Erythromycin Metronidazole solution (EMS) on the local treatment of laryngitis.Methods357 patients with laryngopharyngitis were divided into 2 groups: 197 of them, as experimental groups, received the local treatment of EMS and 160 as controls Hydrocortisone Gentamycin Solution (HGS). The standards of therapeutic effect evaluation were reulated ourselves.ResultsIn accordance with the standards of therapeutic effects, EMS was effective in 149 cases (75.6%) and significantly effective in another 48 (24.4%) from the experimental group; while HGS was effective in 57 cases (35.6%) and significantly effective in 90 (56.3%) from the control group. Comparison between the 2 groups showed the difference was significant ( P <0.05).ConclusionEffect of ultrasonic spray inhalation with EMS is satisfactory. EMS is worthy of popularizing.
