乌苯美司胶囊对原发性肝癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子的影响

目的 观察乌苯美司胶囊对原发性肝癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响.方法 选取我院2010年1月至2012年12月治疗的肝癌患者60例,按不同分期分为3组,观察口服乌苯美司胶囊治疗前后患者血清VEGF水平.结果 国际抗癌联盟(UICC) Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者治疗后3周、5周、7周VEGF水平均降低,治疗3周时差异无统计学意义,治疗5周、7周时差异有统计学意义.UICC Ⅲ期患者在治疗后3周、5周、7周VEGF水平均有所降低,但与治疗前相比差异均无统计学意义.结论 乌苯美司胶囊对早、中期肝癌患者血清VEGF水平有降低作用,说明乌苯美司胶囊可能通过抑制VEGF治疗癌症,同时为肝癌患者提供了一种更为方便、安全、经济的生物治疗.

Effects of ubenimex capsules on serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factors in primary liver carcinoma

Objective To observe the influence of ubenimex capsules on the serum vascular endothelial growth factors（VEGF） expression of primary liver carcinoma.Methods Sixty liver cancer patients in our hospital according to different stages were divided into three groups,the expression level of serum VEGF before and after oral ubenimex capsules were observed and compared.Results In the patients with UICC stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ and after treatment for 3,5 and 7 weeks,VEGF levels decreased,there was no significant difference between the treatment for 3 weeks and before treatment,statistical significance for 5 weeks,and 7 weeks. In patients with UICC stage Ⅲ after the treatment for 3,5 and 7 weeks,the VEGF levels were decreased,but compared with before treatment,there were no significant differences.Conclusion Ubenimex capsules can decrease the levels of serum VEGF in patients with UICC stageⅠand stageⅡ.Ubenimex capsules probably develop its effects for cancer through inhibition of VEGF.It provides a more convenient,safe,economic and biological treatment for liver cancer patients.
