美托洛尔治疗儿童β-受体功能亢进症疗效观察

目的:观察美托洛尔治疗β-受体功能亢进临床疗效。方法:49例患儿随机双盲分为治疗组24例,对照组25例。治疗组应用美托洛尔0.5-1 mg/(kg·d),分2次口服,对照组应用普萘洛尔0.5 mg/(kg·次),2-3次/d,两组在症状缓解,心电图恢复正常后继续服药2周。结果:总有效率治疗组91.6％,对照组90.2％,P<0.05。结论:小剂量美托洛尔治疗β-受体功能亢进症,临床疗效与普奈洛尔相似,不良反应较普奈洛尔少。

Observation of clincal effets of the metoprolol on children Beta-receptor hyperfunction symtom

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of metoprolol in treatment of children's Beta-receptor hyperfunction symtom. Methods: 49 cases were divided randomly into two groups, 24 cases of obseve groups were treated with metoperolol 0, 5 - 1 mg/kg each day, taken twice; 25 cases of control groups were treated with propranolol, everyday 0. 5 mg/kg taken 2-3 times. The treatments for two groups were kept on for weeks after the clinical manifestations disappear and Electrocardiogram restore normal. Results: The total response rates of the observe and control groups were 91. 5% and 90. 2% , P < 0. 05. Conclusion: The clinical effect of metoperolol's in treatment of children's Beta-recptor hyperfunction symtom is almost similar to that propranolol, and the adverse reastion is less.
