国产氧氟沙星滴耳液体内外抗菌作用

目的：观察国产氧氟沙星滴耳液体内外抗菌活性。方法：挑选临床分离致病菌，用二倍稀释法观察国产氧氟沙星滴耳液体外抗菌活性。行经耳道前鼓室切开术，用金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌经耳感染制备兔急性中耳炎模型，观察国产氧氟沙星滴耳液体内抗菌活性，并与日本产泰利必妥（Ｔａｒｉｖｉｄ）滴耳液作对比。结果：该药对１３种１０５株革兰阳性和阴性菌均有显著抗菌作用，其ＭＩＣ５０平均值为０３９μｇ／ｍｌ，ＭＩＣ９０平均值为０５１μｇ／ｍｌ。对金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌所致的兔急性中耳炎的有效率为１００％，与对照组比差异显著（Ｐ＜００１）。氧氟沙星小鼠尾静脉注射ＬＤ５０为２１５４ｍｇ／ｋｇ。结论：氧氟沙星滴耳液抗菌谱广，抗菌活性强。

Antimicrobial Effects of Domestic Ofloxacin Otic Solution in vivo and in vitro

Objective: The aim of this experiment was to observe the antimicrobial activity of domestic ofloxacin otic solution in vivo and in vitro.Methods: Bacterial pathogens from patient were isolated and selected,the antimicrobial activity of domestic ofloxacin otic solution in vitro was observed.Trans-ear canal anterior tympanotomy was performed,acute rabbit otits media was produced by infection of stanctard staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa,the antimicrobial activity of domestic ofloxacin otic solution in vivo was observed.Results: Domestic ofloxacin otic solution had excellent activity against 105 strains of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in 13 species with the MIC50 average value of 0.39 μg/ml and the MIC90 average value of 0.51 μg/ml.The efficacy rate of ofloxacin otic solution treating acute rabbit otits media infected by staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa was 100%,with a significant difference as compared with that of model control group (P<0.01).The 50% lethal dose of ofloxacin intravenous injection in mice was 215.4 mg/kg.Conclusion: Ofloxacin otic solution had broad antimicrobial spectrum and excellent antimicrobial activity.
