淮北市2006年质控菌株检验结果分析

目的:加强微生物实验室的质量控制工作,提高对肠道传染病疫情检测水平。方法:用细菌培养法对质控菌株进行增菌、分纯,依据细菌生长特性、革兰染色形态、生化试验和血清学试验结果综合判断。结果:质控菌株为伤寒沙门菌纯菌种,质控考核成绩优秀。结论:质控菌株考核既重结果,也重过程,能及时发现平时工作中存在的问题。建议多加强对基层微生物实验室的质控考核工作,促进疾病控制机构卫生检测水平的不断提高。

Analysis of testing quality-controlling Strains of huaibei city in 2006

Objective To improve the quality control work in microorganism laboratories and the level of detecting enteric infectious diseases. Methods Bacterium culture method was applied to enrich and isolate the quality-control strains;comprehensive judgment was made according to the growth character,shape of Cram strain,the results of biochemistry experiments and serologic tests. Results The quality-control strain was proved to be pure agarics of salmonella typhi;the result was excellent. Conclusion The quality-control super-vision work is suggested to be given great emphasis in order to improve the hygienic detection work of the disease control institutions.
