| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年患者院内感染的发生率和相关易感因素.方法回顾性调查分析1996年1月1日～2003年9月31日间出院患者院内感染的发生情况.结果5865例65岁以上老年患者院内感染率7.89%,明显高于65岁以下成年组的4.58%(P＜0.005).老年感染者病死率18.57%,高于同组非感染者的6.70%(P＜0.005).结论老年人住院期间易发生院内感染,其相关因素包括患者的基础疾病、年龄、住院环境与住院时间及侵入性操作等.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate hosipitalized nosocomial infection of elder patients and other correlated factors.Methods:Restropectively analysed5865elder patients cases in hospital from1996.1.1to2003.9.31.Re-sults:The aged over65years old patients' nosocomial infection rate is7.89%,distinctily higher than the adult group' s rate4.58%.and the mortality rate reach18.5%,higher than the adult group rate6.7%.Conclusions:Elder patients at time when in hospitalizatal nosocomical infections are more likely occurred.Correlation factor include:the patiens' basal disease,the hospitalization environment,the hospitalization period,the incursion operation and etc. |
