非小细胞肺癌中VEGF的表达及预后意义

目的检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF)的表达并了解其表达与NSCLC生物学行为的关系及对预后的意义。方法非小细胞肺癌标本及10例非恶性肺部病变标本。NSCLC均有随访生存期及临床资料。采用免疫组织化学方法测定55例NSCLC切片中VEGF的表达,并与年龄,瘤体大小,病理类型,组织分化程度,临床分期,淋巴结转移及生存时间进行统计分析。结果 55例肺癌病理组织切片中VEGF的表达阳性率是74.55％。VEGF表达:①在不同年龄,瘤体大小,腺癌和鳞癌两种病理类型,组织分化程度,临床分期中均无显著性差异;②在淋巴结转移与否分组比较中有显著性差异;③阳性与阴性组生存分析有显著性差异,提示VEGF有预后意义。结论 VEGF在NSCLC中表达阳性率高并影响NSCLC的生物学行为和预后。

Expression and correlation withprognosis of VEGF in non-small cell lung carcinoma (Nsclc)

Objective To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF in NSCLC, and to explore its role of the biologic behavior of NSCLC and significame in the prognosis of NSCLC. Methods Immunohistochemistry is used in the research to detect the expression of VEGF in 55 cases of postoperation NSCLC.The expression is compared with the age, histopathological type, stage, differenciation, size of tumor, lymph node metastasis and survival time. Results The expression rate of VEGF is 74.55% in the histopathological sections of lung cancers VEGF expression: (1)there is no significance in different histopathological type, age, stage, differenciation, size of tumor and groups, (2)there is significant difference in terms of lymph node metastasis or not(3) there is significant difference in expression positive and negative group when comparing with survival time according to survival analysis. It means VEGF would be a factor indicating poor prognosis. Conclusion There is high expression rate of VEGF in NSCLC, and it will play a role in the biologic behavior and prognosis of NSCLC.
