| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Roux-en-Y胃转流术（GBP）对2型糖尿病大鼠降糖作用的机制。方法：雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为四组,空白组（1组）、手术组（2组）、造模组（3组）、造模＋手术组（4组）,测定术前及术后48h、1周、8周大鼠的空腹血糖、胰岛素、胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）的变化。结果：4组术后1周空腹血糖值降低（P〈0.01）,空腹胰岛素值升高（P〈0.05）,空腹GLP-1升高（P〈0.05）。结论：GBP能显著降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖值,可能通过术后GLP-1增加引起。
