| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局和处理方式。方法对2007年1月至2009年1月来我院产科住院分娩的40例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及40例健康孕妇的分娩情况进行回顾性分析。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、巨大儿、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、剖宫产等发生率明显增高（P〈0．05），因此妊娠期糖尿病孕妇大多选择剖宫产结束分娩。结论早期诊断妊娠期糖尿病及控制血糖是减少母婴并发症的关键。
