痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床评价

目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法:将68例患儿随机分为两组,观察组30例,使用痰热清注射液治疗;对照组38例,使用抗生素(哌拉西林 苏巴坦)治疗。并对临床疗效和安全性指标进行观察对比。结果:观察组的有效率为86.66%,对照组的有效率为86.84%,两组疗效相同(u=0.02175,P>0.05)。观察组气喘消失的时间明显短于对照组外(P<0.05),其余临床症状的改善如退热、止咳、痰液吸收、体征消失、住院时间等两组均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血常规在治疗前后两组均有显著改善(P>0.05)。用药后在心电图、肝功能(ALT)、肾功能(Cr)、外周血象、尿常规、大便常规等项目检查中均无异常发现。结论:痰热清用于5个月以上的小儿支气管肺炎治疗,疗效明显,用药安全。

Clinical Observation of Intravenous Tanreqing in Pediatric Patients with Pneumonia

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Intravenous Tanreqing and its safety in treatment of child bronchopneumonia.Methods:68 case of child bronchopneumoniais divided into two groups: Observedgroup(30 cases)using Intravenous Tanreqing treatment and controlgroup(38 cases)using antibiotic(Piperacillin-Sulbactam) treatment.And for their clinical effect as well as their safety compare observation.Results:The valid rate for observed group is 86.66% and control group to 86.84%,both are same alike(u = 0.02175,P > 0.05).Observe group time for gasping disappearing obviously short in the control(P<0.05).Temperature returns to normal and relieves a cough,phlegm liquid absorption and lung sign to disappear,is in hospital time,two groups does not have significance discrepancy(P>0.05).Complete blood count at treatment before and after both all there is distinct improvement(P>0.05).In the treatment of all cases after,electrocardiogram,liver function(ALT),kidney function(Cr),complete blood count and urinalysis,etc.All had no the abnormality's detection.Conclusion: In the children of larger than 5 months,usage Tanreqing treatment child bronchopneumonia,result obvious and use the medicine safely.
