老年患者颈动脉粥样斑块与血脂、血糖水平的相关性研究

目的 探讨老年患者血脂、血糖水平与颈动脉粥样斑块形成的关系.方法采用高分辨彩色多普勒超声,对111例老年患者进行颈动脉超声检查,测定空腹血糖,总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白( LDL-C),并进行相关的统计学分析.结果颈动脉粥样斑块组的老年患者空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的水平明显高于颈动脉超声结果正常的老年患者,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论血脂、血糖可作为老年患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的危险因子.

Study on Relationship Between Atheromatous Plaque in Carotid Artery and Blood Lipid,Blood Glucose of Elderly Patients

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the formation of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and blood lipid,blood glucose in gerontal patients.Methods One hundred and eleven elderly patients were enrolled in the study.The carotid colors Doppler ultrasonography and blood lipid,blood glucose were examined,and then the results were analyzed statistically.Results The levels of blood glucose,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C in elderly patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques were significantly higher than those in normal subject(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of blood glucose,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C may be regarded as risk factors of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in the elderly patients.
