| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）的护理干预价值。方法针对78例环形混合痔患者手术前后的心理、生理变化，采取心理疏导、宣教、指导饮食及排便等护理干预措施。结果患者对手术的恐惧、焦虑情绪明显减少，术后疼痛、排便困难等症状明显减轻，给患者营造了一个轻松、愉快的就医环境。结论手术前后早期对患者心理和生理行为进行护理干预，能有效地促进病人身心的康复，提高整体护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical value of nursing of patients treated by procedure for prolapseand haemorrhoids （PPH）. Method The psychology and physiological change of 78 patients with ring-like mix hemorrhoids treated with PPH surgery were observed. The PPH surgery＇s nursing characteristics were studied. Results Nursing interventions can reduce the occurrence of fear, anxiety mood obviously and symptoms such as ache, bowel movement difficulty. Conclusion The early nursing intervention on the psychology and physiological behavior before and after the surgery can effectively promote the patient body and mind recovery. |
