热痰合剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（痰热阻肺证）患者细胞因子的影响

目的研究自制热痰合剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期（痰热阻肺证）患者的临床疗效及对血清细胞因子白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的影响。方法将COPD急性加重期痰热阻肺证的患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服自制热痰合剂。疗程均为14d。观察2组临床疗效和血清IL-8、TNF-α变化。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组治疗后血清IL-8、TNF-α水平明显降低,与对照组治疗后比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论自制热痰合剂治疗COPD急性加重期（痰热阻肺证）有较好疗效,其作用机理可能与热痰合剂能有效降低COPD急性加重期痰热阻肺证患者的白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平有关,通过降低气道炎性反应而发挥治疗作用。

The impacts of reTan mixture on cytokines in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Syndrome of retention of phlegmheat in the lung)

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ReTan mixture on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and the impacts of serum cytokines interleukin-8 （IL-8）, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF -α）. Methods 120 patients diagnosed as acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,60 eases of each group. The control group was given with conventional treatment; the treatment group was given with ReTan mixture in additional based on the control group. 2 groups were 14 days of treatment. Results The efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α were significantly lower after treatment. There is a significantly difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） compared with the control group. Conclusion There is a good effect with ReTan mixture on COPD. Its mechanism may be related to reduce the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α effectively, and then plays the role by reducing the inflammation response of the airway.
