妇科疾病普查22496例情况分析

目的了解双流县东升镇辖区农村妇女生殖健康状况,对妇科病早发现、早诊断、早治疗。方法对双流县东升镇辖区65岁以下已婚育龄妇女进行常规妇科检查、阴道分泌物镜检、宫颈刮片、盆腔B型超声检查及电子阴道镜检查。结果受检人数22496例,查出妇科疾病者14650例,患病率65.12%。其中慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎居前2位。结论农村妇女妇科疾病患病率极高,妇女保健应加强对农村妇女的卫生宣传和健康教育,定期开展普查普治,以提高广大农村妇女的生殖健康水平和生活质量。

Anlysis on general suavey of 22 496 cases with gynecological diseases

Objective To improve the area of rural women＇s health and quality of life by surveying the situation of rural women＇s reproductive health ,and early detecting, diagnosing, treating of gynecological disease, ,in the Dongsheng Town Area, Shuangliu County. Methods The less 65-year-old married women in the Area were followed routine gynecological examination, microscopic examination of vaginal secretions, examination of cervical scraping films, pelvic type-B ultrasonic and electronic colposcopy,in the March 2008 to the June 2008. Results The gynecological diseases prevalence rate of 22,496 subjects were 65.12%, and the chronic cervicitis, vaginitis were the top. Conclusion To improve rural women＇s reproductive health and quality of life, the health education and regular general survey and governance should be strengthened for a very high prevalence rate of gynecological diseases.
