中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎(痰热壅肺型)疗效观察

目的观察应用中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎（痰热壅肺型）的疗效及机理。方法72例社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺患者随机分为2组。治疗组36例采用西医抗感染加用中药小陷胸汤和泻白散加味治疗。对照组36例用西医抗感染加盐酸氨溴索治疗。治疗5d后观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7％高于对照组的61.1％,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺型有良好疗效。

The clinical observation of combined traditional chinese medicine and western medicine treatment for phlegm-heat obstructing in lungs of community-acquired pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical effects of treatment for phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung of community-acquired pneumonia patients with combined traditional chinese medicine and western medicine and its mechanism. Methods 72 cases of phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung of community-acquired pneumonia patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （36 cases） were given with standard western medicine, such as anti-infective treatment and added with xiao xianxiong decoction powder white diarrhea treatment. The control group （36 cases） with Western anti-infective and ambroxol hydrochloride treatment. To observe its clinical effects after 5 days. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.6% that higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine have a good effect for phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung of community-acquired pneumonia patients.
