摘 要: | 目的研究孟鲁司特与桂龙咳喘宁对支气管哮喘小鼠模型血清内皮素-1(ET-1)与一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法将30只实验小鼠随机分为正常组、哮喘模型组、孟鲁司特组、桂龙咳喘宁组及联合用药组,每组6只。以卵白蛋白致敏法制作小鼠哮喘模型,采用放射免疫分析法检测血清ET-1含量,用硝酸酶还原法检测血清NO含量。结果哮喘模型组血清中ET-1、NO的含量明显高于正常组(P〈0.05);孟鲁司特组与联合用药组ET-1、NO含量明显低于哮喘模型组(P〈0.05),桂龙咳喘宁组ET-1、NO含量虽低于哮喘模型组,但仅ET-1比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论孟鲁司特与桂龙咳喘宁均能显著抑制支气管哮喘小鼠模型血清ET-1含量,两者联用可对ET-1、NO含量有显著影响。

Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of montelukast and Guilongkechuanning on nitrogen monoxidum (NO) and endothelin ( ET-1 ) in the serum of rat with bronchial asthma. Methods 30 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups : the nomal group, the asthma-model group, the montelukast group, the Guilongkechuanning group and the symphysial drug-using group. The bronchial asthmatic model was established by egg protein sensibilization. The content of ET-1 and NO in the serum were analyzed with nitric acid reductase methyl and RIA. Results Compared with the nomal group, the content of ET-1 and NO in the asthma-model group's blood serum was conspicuous increased(P 〈 0.05) ;Montelukast group and drug-using group ET- 1, NO content were significantly lower than the astham-model group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Although the content of ET-1 and NO were lower than the as them-model group, but only ET-1 difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Both mon- telukast and Guilongkechuanning can noticeably inhibition the content of ET-1. The content of ET-1 and NO in the serum of rat with bronchial asthma can be conspicuously effected by using these two drugs symphysialy. |
