参松养心胶囊治疗急性病毒性心肌炎伴室性早搏的疗效观察

目的探讨参松养心胶囊对急性病毒性心肌炎伴室性早搏的治疗效果。方法将82例病毒性心肌炎伴室性早搏的患者,随机分成2组,对照组40例给予常规治疗,治疗组42例在常规治疗的基础上加用参松养心胶囊。观察2组4周后治疗疗效和室性早搏疗效情况。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为59.5%高于对照组的37.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组室性早搏的改善总有效率为64.3%高于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参松养心胶囊可显著提高治疗成人病毒性心肌炎伴室性早搏的疗效,值得推广。

Clinical observation on curative effect of Sheusongyangxin capsule on VMC combined with VPBs

Objective To observe curative effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on viral myocarditis （VMC） combined with vantricular premature heats（VPRs）.Methods 82 cases with VMC combined with VPBs ware randomly divided into control group（ n = 40） and treatment group（ n = 42 ）. Patients in control group were treated with routine therapy, and 42 cases in treatment group were treated with Shensongyangxin capsule on the basis of routine treatment. The curative effect was observed in 2 groups after 4 weeks＇treatments. Results After treatments,the total effective rate of clinical symptom in 2 groups was ob- viously different（59.5% vs 37.5 ,P 〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （64.3% vs 25.0%, P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule is effective in the treatment of VMC combined with VPBs.
